DA to approach UN court over Julius Malema’s ‘Kill the Boer’

Democratic Alliance leader John Steenhuisen has accused Economic Freedom Fighters leader Julius Malema of resurrecting the demon of ethnic violence averted in 1994.
Steenhuisen has announced the DA will file charges with the United Nations Human Rights Council against the EFF and the ANC government.
Steenhuisen says Malema incited racial violence when he led the singing of ‘Kill the farmer, kill the Boer”.
In October last year, the Equality Court in Johannesburg ruled the song was not hate speech.
Steenhuisen says now they’ll turn to the global community.
