Trek4Mandela team successfully summits Kilimanjaro
The Trek4Mandela team arrives home this Sunday evening after a successful Kilimanjaro summit.
Former Public Protector, Thuli Madonsela, and Nelson Mandela Foundation CEO, Sello Hatang were part of the team.
The team took part in the initiative to commemorate Women’s month.
It hit its target summiting on the 9th of August to celebrate Women’s Day on Africa’s highest peak.
Trek4Mandela, now in its 8th year, aims to raise funds for young girls who need support and sanitary products.
