Kelly Khumalo’s lawyer speaks after being asked to leave court

Kelly Khumalo’s lawyer Magdalene Moonsamy has been asked to leave court proceedings on Monday.

She has been in court since the start of Senzo Meyiwa’s murder trial.

Moonsamy says she will continue to make formal submissions as issues arise during the trial.

She says the decision to remove her from court is problematic.

Khumalo, who was one of the witnesses of the 2014 murder, may be called to testify.
