Junior Driver – Doornpoort, Pretoria

Salary negotiable depending on experience

Duties & Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of this position include:

• Be physically fit – Job requires carrying heavy boxes at times.
• Renewal of car licensees, Postage, Banking, collection of parcels and internal mail deliveries.
• Provide consistent professional customer service.
• Record activities in a logbook, obey all traffic laws and report incidents of transgression immediately to. management, and inspect the vehicle daily and report any maintenance / mechanical issues immediately to management.
• Keep it clean, monitor and maintain the vehicle, ie. fuel.
• Adhoc – Assist in the workshop during quite times.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Valid Code 8 drivers license (Essential)
• Must have at least 3 years work experience with excellent driving record.
• Must be able to follow verbal directions, read maps, follow GPS.
• Complete tasks / duties with minimal supervision, be able to adapt to changing schedules or routes.
• The successful candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, time management, organizational and planning skills.
• The candidate must be reliable, punctual, trustworthy and presentable.
• Good health & physically fit (some items needs assistance with lifting)
• No criminal record
