Judgment will be delivered on Friday in Duduzane Zuma’s culpable homicide and negligent driving case.
His lawyers have asked the court to acquit him on all charges because of insufficient evidence.
In 2014, Zuma’s Porsche crashed into a taxi in Sandton, instantly killing a passenger.
Initially, the National Prosecuting Authority declined to press charges.
But this decision was reviewed last year after AfriForum announced its intention to institute a private prosecution.
