Cyril Ramaphosa yet to decide whether he accepts JSC recommendation
President Cyril Ramaphosa will decide if he is accepting the JSC’s recommendation to appoint Judge Mandisa Maya as Chief Justice.
If he does she has a number of changes in mind.
These include expanding the Constitutional Court or merging the Supreme Court of Appeals with it.
She explained her reasoning to the JSC panel during her interview.
