Court sets aside Joseph Mathunjwa’s election as Amcu president

The Labour Court has set aside and declared Joseph Mathunjwa’s 2019 election as president of union Amcu unlawful.

The case was brought by the union’s suspended deputy president Nkosikho Joni.

It is not yet clear if Mathunjwa will appeal.
