Tributes pour in for Joburg Mayor Jolidee Matongo

Tributes continue to pour in for Joburg mayor Jolidee Matongo who died in a car crash on Saturday night.

The driver of the other vehicle involved in the accident has since died.

Matongo was on his way home after campaigning in Soweto alongside President Cyril Ramaphosa and Gauteng Premier David Makhura.

Matongo had been in the position for just over a month following the death of Geoff Makhubo.
