Joburg residents counting their losses following floods

Flood-stricken residents are counting their losses.

This after a devastating flood hit parts of Johannesburg, leaving a trail of destruction.

Several infrastructure damages have been reported with many areas still without power.

With more rains expected across Gauteng, emergency services are on high alert.

City Power has also been left scrambling as large parts of the city have been plunged into darkness.

Authorities are assessing the damage as they roll out their response plan.
