Coalition partners congratulate new Joburg mayor

Coalition partners have congratulated the new mayor of Johannesburg, Thapelo Amad.

Parties including the ANC, Al Jama-ah, and the Patriotic Alliance, held a media briefing shortly after Amad was elected.

They say it’s high time politics in the city is stabilized.
