Jeannie Mai confirms she was blindsided by Jeezy’s divorce filling

Jeannie Mai has made new bombshell claims about her split from rapper Young Jeezy, claiming she had no idea it was happening. Mai appeared on “The Jennifer Hudson” show, where she got candid about the state of her marriage and how she learned of her divorce. According to the former host of “The Real,” she found out about her divorce from Jeezy at the same time as the “rest of the world.” Now, she is focused on “picking up the pieces” and being a mom to her daughter Monaco.
The one-year-old recently came into the conversation when Jeezy accused Mai of acting as a “gatekeeper” and interfering with their father-daughter relationship. During her chat with Hudson, Mai noted how “broken” she was by her split from Jeezy, whom she married in 2021 during the pandemic in an intimate wedding at their home in Atlanta.
“I was going through things and marriage ended in divorce and it was kind of hard. It’s what I’m dealing with day by day you know,” Mai stated, adding, “I think I’m doing better now. The 44-year-old noted that she was “gutted” by the news which she claims she was blindsided by, but emphasized that she’s now working on herself and being present for her daughter.
Mai said, “At the time when I found out at the same time as the rest of the world that my marriage was ending in divorce, I was gutted. Today it’s about picking up the pieces. It’s about discovering me and being a mom to the best blessing in my life, my little girl
