Our client in the education industry requires a reputable Java Facilitator to encourage communication and active listening. The successful candidate will hold the following skills:

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
Ability to plan, organize and manage time effectively
Hardworking, reliable and a high of integrity
Ability to facilitate delegates at various levels of an organisation, including students
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with various training methods

Key Performance Areas:

Prepare, present, assess and moderate various IT courses
To facilitate the end user
Offer technical support
Monitor student progress
General training administration
Plan and organise training schedules
Implement and allocate training courses

Requirements:

Matric certificate
OCA certificate (or be willing to write the exam)
Tertiary qualification in IT
Java and SQL
