ConCourt orders Janusz Walus to be freed on parole

The Constitutional Court has ordered the Department of Justice to free Chris Hani’s Killer, Janusz Walus, on parole.
Minister of Justice and Correctional Services Ronald Lamola has been ordered to release Walusz within 10 working days of the order.
Justice Zondo says the decision to deny Walus parole is irrational.
Walus has been serving time for killing the SACP leader in 1993.
