Itumeleng Khune’s drunk video leaked. He seems to be refusing to do what he is being asked to do and instead asks for a speed point so he can swipe his card. Since the leak, the athlete’s name has been trending on the Twitter streets.
Kaizer Chiefs and Bafana Bafana goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune divided social media when a video of the athlete was leaked, having fun with friends, while trying to get off a bus.
The video divided social media users, with some slamming him for the “embarrassing” video, while his others are split between being outraged at how drunk the Bafana Bafana athlete appears to be and understanding that he is partying while sidelined through injury.

Others, however, slammed those who posted the video on social media, and further warned Khune to be wary of the friends he kept. They accused some of his friends of trying to ruin his reputation, though others said blaming his friends was wrong.
Kaizer Chiefs head coach Ernst Middendorp confirmed on January 7 that Khune, the club’s captain, would miss the rest of the season with a shoulder injury. After visiting a specialist to assess the injury, the thirty-one-year-old goalie has been out for the past two months and faces a further lengthy spell on the sidelines.
With news like that, as an athlete, it would definitely be disheartening to hear. What does that mean for the rest of his career? How many years does the goalie have left?
