Employer: SFG Engineering Services
Code and test new complex application modules as specified by the system architect/designer.
Analyse, design, code, test and deploy simpler applications to meet user requirements.
Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of in-house developed ERP application and system.
Assist with designing new or improving existing IT systems and/or networks to improve end-user performance as well as processes.
Provide end-user support and assistance as and when required physically or remotely.
Candidate Requirements

Formal Tertiary Qualification
National Diploma or BTech Degree Information Technology or an Equivalent Qualification as per the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and RPL – SAQA would be considered.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience coding for Microsoft.
At least 2 years’ experience developing SQL code – (Oracle environment preferred)
System analysis & design experience.
Excellent knowledge and expertise of IT infrastructure including server & PC hardware, operating systems, networks and their devices and peripheral devices like printers,
scanners, bar code readers.
Must have and/or be in possession of an endorsed driver’s license.
Able to perform standby duty and be called out as and when required.
