Responsibilities:

Administrate, set up, and maintain hardware, software and related infrastructure
Resolve IT related calls and ensure that service levels are met at all times
Preventative maintenance of equipment and DR Simulations
Regular maintenance of network resources and security
Responsible for servers and system back-ups
Data Storage and Retrieval Systems
Managing virtual environment, user accounts and firewalls
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:

Relevant IT qualification
5 Years relevant IT experience
Ability to function effectively under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This position reports to IT Manager
