It has reached home – Israel Government excited about Master KG’s hit song, Jerusalema

The Israel government has acknowledged Master KG hit song Jerusalema which has gone viral resulting in worldwide Jerusalema dance challenges.

Jerusalema hit song which Master KG collaborated with multitalented vocalist Nomcebo Zikode has captured the hearts of many. So far it has gathered 49 million views on YouTube over a 7 month period a South African record on its own.

Despite local snub by SAMA26 awards, the Limpopo based hitmaker Master KG has enjoyed success as his song goes viral word wide. Jerusalema has topped musical charts in United States of America, Ukraine, France, Germany amongst other European and American nations.

Jerusalema dance challenges have set social media on fire and captured the attention of the Israel government. The government of Israel which has Jerusalem as its capital has acknowledged the Jerusalema dance challenge.

Through its Ireland embassy, the Israel government posted a video on its twitter handle of embassy officials dancing to the Master KG song. The tweet captioned:

The #JerusalemaDanceChallenge from @masterKGsa has reached its logical, geographical destination: #Jerusalem, Israel!
