IPID confirm Samantha Radebe killed by police bullet

The Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID) has confirmed Samantha Radebe was killed by a police bullet.

The 31-year-old died last month in Alexandra, Johannesburg. She was caught in a crossfire between the police and suspects.

Another person was critically wounded during the incident. The mother of two had just got married in December.
