MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receiving of goods from internal and external suppliers under dual control;
Internal receipts of finished goods / raw materials under dual control;
Accurate reconciling of customer waste;
Internal shipments between stores under dual control;
Issue raw materials to production under dual control;
Return raw materials /waste from production under dual control;
Accurate recording of cards issued/returned on the ERP system as per the job receipt;
Quarterly stock count /weekly cycle counts/spot checks;
Maintaining of housekeeping standards including filing and documentation (5S).

Knowledge and Skills:

Analyse and interpret data;
Good knowledge of inventory control and record keeping.
Microsoft Excel and MS Word Experience
Computer literacy
Good numeracy, timekeeping and reliability;
Knowledge of ERP system;
Ability to work in a team environment;
Ability to analyse and interpret data;
Good administration skills;
Understand process flows;
