Interventions in fight against COVID-19 are working – David Makhura

Gauteng Premier David Makhura says interventions implemented in the fight against COVID-19 in the province are working. Makhura was giving an update on the status of the fight against the spread of the coronavirus in the province.

The province has over 7,000 COVID-19 infections with 57 deaths. Gauteng’s recoveries stand at 2,825. He says there are still concerns about the increase of confirmed cases in the Johannesburg CBD.
