Our Retail Division is looking for experienced and driven salespeople to join our Sales Team.
Interested candidates must meet the below requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide an efficient and effective service to all customers entering the store
Refer or escort the customers to the showroom
Provide the customer with the required application and technical information regarding colour, grade, price, stock availability and use of tiling related products, e. tile adhesive, spacers, etc.
Use sales and marketing techniques to influence customer to purchase products
Make out an order and advise customer of process, e. payment to cashier, arranging delivery, dispatch from Warehouse, etc.
Follow-up with customers who required samples or
Ensure Sales Representative area is neat and clean at all times to create the correct
Ensure that the personal appearance is immaculate at all times to project a positive sales and company
Key Requirements
Grade 12(Matric)
Computer skills
Able to work weekends and public holidays
Suitable applicants must demonstrate the following knowledge and abilities
Some Tile Product Knowledge
Customer Service and Selling Skills
Be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Attention to detail
Excellent time-keeping and work ethic/ attendance record
