Internal Sales Assistant urgently wanted: Salary R10 000 to R12 000 per month

Is to assist the Internal Sales Manager with queries and duties related to the internal sales function. Maintain integrity of paper flow from quotation to actual delivery process. Building customer relations telephonically.

Salary:

The ideal candidate can expect a salary between R10,000 – R12,000 CTC p/m

Johannesburg South

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Unless the applicant can demonstrate that he /she have gained the necessary competencies through experience, a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.

1-2 years experience in Telesales

Computer literacy (Pastel and Excel)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Quotation on standard items to existing customer base with discount structure in place.

Telesales – Phoning customers before delivering to country to maximize deliveries.

Check prices on orders to be the same as price master and promotional prices.

Correct capturing orders and work out the delivery day according to lead time and delivery schedule.

Invoicing according to loading schedule

Follow up deliveries and due dates with factory and dispatch (daily and hourly)

Daily outstanding order report to be analysed and forwarded to sales people.

Feedback to be given to customers constantly (phone customers back)

Regular Stock Taking. General admin function.
