• Handling of incoming telephonic enquiries.
• Telephonic sales.
• Processing sales.
• If customer requires Sales Engineer to call, acquiring sufficient information and arranging appointment for relevant Sales Engineer.
• Compiling and submitting of quotes resulting from telephonic enquiries, following up of same.
• Processing of all invoices, inter-branch transfers, jobs, etc.
• Assisting External Sales with quotations where necessary.
• Expediting of orders from branches and External Sales and suppliers.
• Technical coordination.
• Branch liaison/support.
• Compilation of Daily Figures reports.
• Maintaining quotes register
• Assisting with stock management system
• Such other duties as may be required from time to time.
Candidate Requirements
• A young and driven individual who is seeking a new challenging career in the Valves sales market in SA
• Dedicated and hardworking individual that is willing to give their best at all times to benefit the company
• Position is specific to technical sales (a technical background would be preferable)
• Need to be computer literate and efficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / Office
• Must be a self-starter (go getter).
