The Mastercard Internship is aimed at early career talent, to develop skills and to provide fantastic work experience. Successful candidates will be assigned to a business unit within International Markets for 12 weeks.
The program:
You will participate in a program for 12 weeks over your summer break. We aim to provide a diverse experience within Mastercard comprising exposure to functions such as core products, digital products, account management, market development, marketing, and communications.
You will have the opportunity to work with us on a business project which will enable you to challenge the status quo, be innovative and face some of the challenges we face every day.
You will work with our teams, successful managers and executives who inspire, mentor, and coach others toward successful careers here at Mastercard.
What you need:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
Minimum predicted the classification of a 2.1 or equivalent GPA of 3.2 (or CAP of 4)
Languages: English required & additional languages a plus
