The Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) department seeks to appoint an Integrity Manager in this role your responsibilities will be to: Lead role in implementing the Technical integrity management program. Ensure system compliance with existing company policies/procedures on HSE and integrate with AFR & Group procedures and guides. Implement Group Directives & Company Rules.

Ensuring the compliance of all Company rules relating to Integrity management and the management of major risk including engineering works. Prepare and follow-up actions relating to the prevention of major risks (risk studies, environmental impact analysis, emergency preparedness, safety alerts). Organise Integrity Audits of all assets and keep up-to-date records. Manages the technical integrity of company assets with the foremost objective of avoiding a major accident. Provides expertise and technical assistance
Advice on downgraded situations and report thereof. Evaluate/recommend alternative inspection methods.

Visit Depots to identify downgraded situations, if any, assist with risk assessments and ensure adequate corrections. Conducts unscheduled Safety Inspections of Depots to ascertain compliance of integrity status. Attend all serious Accident scenes and meeting with the relevant Authorities. Improving safety awareness amongst staff and contractors
To ensure that all TotalGaz staff understands their responsibilities for Health and Safety matters, that training needs have been identified and have obtained the appropriate level of competency.
Communication/ Liaison
Submit and present Management reports to EXCO

Candidate profile

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Degree or Btech in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years Petrochemical Experience.
Successful completion of courses related to HSEQ Management Systems and Practices, and HSEQ legislation applicable to function requirements. Knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures. Knowledge and understanding of HSEQ legislation and applicable charters. Proven management experience. English is the working language. Valid code 08 drivers’ licence. Willing to travel. CLOSING DATE: 27 MARCH 2020
