I embrace my good days and my bad days, I never say unkind things to myself, and if I do, I always reflect and take it all back and replace it with a compliment. It really doesn’t matter what size you are, how big or small your tummy is, how visible your stretch marks or cellulite is, none of it matters, so be more gentle towards yourself!! You’re more beautiful than you think!💛
