Social media users have reacted to Emtee‘s look for the SAMA28. It was a sight to see when the rapper attended the awards in Sun City awards over the weekend and his look left fans speechless.

The rapper looked dapper in a black suit and shades. He was with his wife Nicole Chinsamy who looked stunning in a black dress. Fans took to social media to share how excited they were to see Emtee attending the awards and reckoned that he appeared to be ”clean.”

The rapper was nominated for the Best Hip Hop Album and Artist of the Year categories, but he did not any awards. Speaking to SowetanLIVE before the awards he said the nominations are proof that he’s working but not missing in action.

“A lot of people have had this idea that I went missing in action because maybe I am not moving at the pace that everyone would expect me to. So these two nominations, on their own, are a testament that I am working. Maybe not at the pace that everyone desires but work is being done. I feel it was just destined to be and I am grateful that there are people who are watching and are paying close attention,” he said.
