Eskom to implement stage 2 load shedding

Eskom confirmed that Stage 2 blackouts will persist until Thursday.

There have been numerous delays in returning units to service and there have been breakdowns at three major power stations in the past 24 hours.

Eskom is urging customers, once again, to use electricity sparingly.
