Legally, I’m still Joburg Mayor – Mpho Phalatse

The Democratic Alliance’s Mpho Phalatse says she is confident she will be reinstated as Johannesburg Mayor.

She filed court papers to challenge her removal Phalatse was ousted last Friday through a motion of no-confidence.

The African National Congress is back in power in the Joburg Metro, with Dada Morero elected as the new Mayor.
