I’m not an animal: Babes Wodumo. She has defended herself after an altercation with a lady where she ended up swearing at the lady. She said the lady had made some racist remarks towards her.

Babes Wodumo recently made headlines after swearing at a woman at the airport. A video of the Wololo hitmaker and her friends going off at the woman went viral. In the clip, Babes is heard cursing at the woman, after she allegedly told her to “shhh”.

While some people support Babes’ actions, others believe that she could have handled the situation differently. The singer and dancer have taken to Instagram to comment about the unfortunate incident.

She posted a video of late iconic South African singer, Brenda Fassie. In the clip, Brenda talks about how although she’s famous, she’ll still defend herself when someone disrespects her. “I’ll deal with you now.”
