Minimum Matric A+ and N+ certified 1-2 years’ IT support experience Windows 7, 8 & 10 support experience

Skills and Qualities: 1-2 years’ IT support experience. Windows 7, 8 & 10 support experience. Remote Desktop Support experience. Experience with Windows 7, 8 & 10, Office 2007 – Office 365, Printing and Anti-Virus. Knowledge of workstation hardware and software and associated peripherals. Experience with formatting and reloading of Desktops and Laptops. Wireless knowledge. Able to lease with Users. Problem solver and good communicator.
