Zandie Khumalo’s journey into the industry started when she was a backing vocalist for her sister Kelly Khumalo, and now that it’s her time to own her spotlight, she is glad she has a supportive husband.
Zandie was amongst the artists that left Mabala noise record label late last year, she has now joined Warner Music and is ready to take over the world with her hubby right next to her. Speaking to Trending SA in a recent interview, the musician opened up the joys of having her husband who’s had her back since day one.
“It’s amazing, I always have him around with me, and I get to steal a kiss every now and then…that’s one of the things that I’m grateful for, it’s not every day that you find a partner that supports your dream, that supports you all the way, that loves you through and through…” she said
The musician’s long-awaited album Izikhali ZamaNtungwa speaks of the one thing that keeps Zandie happy, and that is love.
“I talk about how good love is, and how love is the strongest force in our lives on a daily basis, with songs, I had to dig deep I had to really find what makes me happy, and that is love.” she added
