Purpose
The successful candidate will provide support to the Human Resource Manager.This will include the capturing and maintenance of staff’s time and attendance, working closely with the outsourced companies to ensure accuracy of employees hours and maintain efficiency within payroll. As well as the capturing and maintenance of all HR administrative documents, maintain efficiency within payroll, employee related queries and other ad hoc HR tasks as and when required.

Qualifications
• 3 year Degree in Human Resource Management or Labour Relations

Experience
• 2 Years HR Admin experience is essential

Knowledge
• SAP & WFM knowledge an added advantage• Human Resource Management Procedures and Practices

Skills
• Communication skills – fluent in English• Computer literate (Intermediate MS Excel & Word)• Strong administrative & organizing skills

Job objectives
• Capturing and maintenance of all HR administrative documents• Scheduling of employees• Checking invoices before submission for payment and address discrepancies with agencies• Check payroll master register for permanent staff in comparison to schedule submitted to ensure accurate capturing of hours for final payroll run• Compensation and Benefits administration and record keeping• Assisting with employee relations• Ensure the sound application of industrial relations practices• Deal with payroll queries accurately and timeously• Perform any other adhoc duties that may arise
