Large Plant hiring Comany is seeking for a HR Manager who can develop effective relationships with line Managers and provide a professional HR service to the business in Alberton
Responsibilites include:
Peformance management – deliver performance mangement programs that drive a high performance culture
Recruitment and Selection – direct and manage the recruitment and selection process
Learning and Development – impliment and monitor effectiveness of training programs
HR policies – maintain and impliment HR policies including promoting awareness of regulatory compliance
Reporting and management – produce reports on key metrics
Leadership- Mentor staff and provide coaching to help them reach their potential.
Required Skills
ccma experience : 4 to 5 years
human resource mgmt : 4 to 5 years
Candidate Requirements
Tertiary qualification in HR
Extensive knowledge of and experience within an HR environment preferabaly in a transport company
Demonstrated track record in developing and implimenting strategic business and HR objectives within a complex multi divisional organization.
Superior interpersonal coaching, communication, negotiation and consultative skills at all levels
Demonstarted committment to assist safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Demonstrated experience and strong knowledge of CCMA matters
This position reports to: General Manager
