HT: Chelsea 0 – 2 Liverpool

Chelsea ends the half strongly but Liverpool has a decent two-goal lead at Stamford Bridge.

Liverpool is well on their way to a 15th consecutive league win. There hasn’t been a huge amount between the sides, but Liverpool has just had a bit too much for Chelsea: too much nous, too much authority, too much confidence and too much class.

Alonso’s driven cross is fumbled by the diving Adrian, but he does well to grab the loose ball in front of Willian. Chelsea has had a bit of joy down their left.

Chelsea’s goal was sent to VAR and Mason Mount who started the move by sending the ball to Willian was offside when he received and as such the goal is disallowed.

Christensen brings down Mane on the edge of the box and the Reds have a free kick in a dangerous area. Salah and Alexander-Arnold are over the ball, Salah runs over it and rolls it to one side for Alexander-Arnold who blasts it into the top corner.

The game is not over yet let us see how Chelsea will finish this game.
