We are seeking to employ a Human Resources Officer. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
– Good and sound knowledge of the LRA, Basic Conditions of Employment Act
– Good knowledge of General HR Practices
– At least 2 years experience with CCMA Matters (Conciliations, In- Limine proceedings, Arbitrations, Condonations etc)
– Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in all aspects of disciplinary hearings
– Suitable candidates must have above average administrative skills.
– Experience in Employment Equity Submissions and all aspects of Employment Equity
– Good track record at the CCMA with matters successfully finalized.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Assertive, pro-active and the ability to function in a stressful environment
– Own reliable transport
– Must reside on East Rand
– Fluent in English and Afrikaans
