HR Information System and record keeping

Ensure that the organisation has a quality, efficient and economical system in place which allows HR to deliver a high quality of service and reports
Ensure the system delivers accurate information
Ensure the system errors and downtimes are kept within the agreed framework and timeframes.
Manage and ensure that all employee records are kept and backed up electronically
HR Admin & Data Analytics

Administration & Processing of Compensation & Benefits, namely: Periodic Salary Surveys; Job Grading, Salaries Administration
On-boarding and off-boarding of personnel
HR Risk Management & Governance

Ensure compliance to relevant legislation, charters and codes of good practice (EEA, BCEA, LRA, BBBEEA etc)
Provide monthly and quarterly reporting relating to Compliance in general, HR Risk Management, Governance structures and provide recommendations.
Ensure the implementation of HR Action Plans against HR Audit areas
Continuous development through attending workshops, seminars and regulatory roadshows
Statistics and Reporting

Ensure the timeous availability and accuracy of an up-to-date Employee Profile Database, terminations and new recruits reports, statistics for Board Reports
Oversee the submission of legislated reports
Prepare ad hoc (internal and external) reports on request.
BBBEE Reporting

Monthly reporting on BBBEE portal of Management & Control Data
Ensuring data in the BEE Portal is accurate
