Edgemead. R8000. Require an English/Afrikaans speaking person with a National Diploma or higher in HR Management or Industrial Psychology with a minimum of 6-12 months experience. MUST HAVE A DRIVER’s LICENSE. Will be responsible, for HR administration, Recruitment, Training, Employee & Industrial relations as well as store visits with company car. Some of the duties will be to update employment information, databases, leave etc. coupled with working out rosters for the various stores, post and advertise for new staff and do the screening. Co-ordinate training schedules, provide education material for manuals and resolve employees’ grievances and complaints as well as assist the HR Manager with disciplinary hearings.
