Contract

1. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
1. Provide support to Stakeholders
1.1. Provide HR support to internal and external stakeholders;
1.2. Assist in resolving HR related queries.

2. Financial Administration
2.1. Assist with processing of payment requisitions for received invoices and prepare for approval
by the HR Manager;
2.2. Assist with the capturing of procurement requests on the RFP system and follow up with SCM
unit;
2.3. Ensure claims are processed and submitted to payroll for payment as required;
2.4. Ensure that HR Manager’s claims are processed and submitted to payroll for payment monthly.

3. HR Administration
3.1. Assist with the ordering of stationery and office equipment’s in the HR Unit;
3.2. Coordinate Travel Arrangement for HR Unit and process Payment Claims;
3.3. Assist with arranging unit meeting and take minutes;
3.4. Assist with ensuring and maintaining an effective electronic and manual document management system
for easy retrieval;
3.5. Assist with the administration of the Performance Management, training management, induction
process, recruitment and selection of TETA employees and for the Graduate placements;
3.6. Assist with the administration of internal processes to support the entire value chain of Human
Resources;
3.7. Assist with the coordination and administration of the HR Committees.

Job Requirements:
2. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Experience and qualification
Minimum National Diploma in HRM/IR/HRD or relevant tertiary qualification;
Minimum of 1 years’ administrative experience in the HR environment;
Exposure to ETD/SETA environment and /or experience in the public service will be an added advantage;
Overtime and willing to travel.
2.2 Knowledge and skills
2.2.1 Knowledge and understanding of:
Legislations including LRA, BCEA, SDA, EEA, SDLA, OHSA and SARS regulations;
Good customer service;
Good standard office procedure;
Documents Management and record keeping.
2.2.2 Skills
Computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Power Point;
Administration skills;
Good interpersonal skills (verbal and written);
Ability to work as part of the team;
Telephone etiquette;
Problem solving.
