Employer: Star Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd

Require an English/Afrikaans speaking person with a National Diploma or higher in HR Management or Industrial Psychology with a minimum of 6-12 months experience.
MUST HAVE A DRIVER’s LICENSE.
Will be responsible, for HR administration, Recruitment, Training, Employee & Industrial relations as well as store visits with company car.
Some of the duties will be to update employment information, databases, leave etc. coupled with working out rosters for the various stores, post and advertise for new staff and do the screening.
Co-ordinate training schedules, provide education material for manuals and resolve employees’ grievances and complaints as well as assist the HR Manager with disciplinary hearings.

About the Position

Job Responsibilities:

Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality.

Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities, contributing to team meetings, troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.

Updates job knowledge by researching new technologies and software products.

Must be able to examine information and make decisions – information will be made available either verbally or in writing.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Enable efficient and effective business processes by creating well-engineered business applications.

Will operate under the supervision of a Senior Manager.
