Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an HR Administrator for a luxury travel company based in Sandton:
A dynamic, self- motivated, current thinking, highly organised and proactive individual that enjoys the mix of daily structure with sporadic interjections of last-minute projects is needed to join the Human Resources team at their Head Office as an HR Administrator. The candidate will report to the Group Human Resources & Training Director.
KEY OUTPUTS: General HR Administration o HR Administration to support Human Resources Regional and Core Team o Coordination of Business Cards o Updating of Organogram o Update and respond to BEE request o Accurate data capturing of HR Projects in Excel, Word / PowerPoint o Track and flag when work permits expire and assist with the renewal process for the Group
Recruitment and Footprints
Supporting and Driving the administration of the core recruitment process from the beginning to the end o Liaise with traditional and digital recruitment agents and/ or platforms o Statistical analysis of recruitment trends o Maintain and update Agent Preferred Suppliers List o Core and Coalition of Job Description o Ensure that all regions receive Induction manuals on a regular basis
Tracking of Development Programmes
Tracking of Africa Performance Appraisal and commitments o Tracking of SITE Programme for Namibia o Tracking of Botswana Localisation Programme o Monthly reporting with deliverables to respective regions and/ or Directors Support the HR team during the Annual Recognition Programme/s Support HR with the company Life programme implementation Assist on Switchboard when needed
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Advanced Computer Skills in Excel, PowerPoint & Word Highly developed organisational skills Developed prioritising and planning skills Attention to detail must be an innate skill Ability to work under pressure and on several projects simultaneously Good writing skills Good communication and People skills Flexibility Collaboration and communication skills when liaising with all Management / Directors as well as and Beyonders
PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: HR / other Qualification (BComm/BA) Previous experience in an Administrative environment would be an advantage
