Job Description
To qualify for this position, you must have the qualification and experience:
- 1-2 years experience reception/customer service (Hotel industry an advantage)
- Excellent communication and personal relational skills
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Answering and transferring calls
- Assisting with reservations
- Ensure the guest preferences are taken into consideration before check-in
- Welcome the guest warmly and perform registration
- Obtaining and maintaining records of guest documentation
- Respond to and resolve guest problems and complaints and record accordingly
- Handling of early arrival and late check-out
- Ensure that guest luggage is labelled and placed in the correct room
- Ensure to collect all the extra devices/appliances upon check-out
- Submit NO-SHOW report to the housekeeping department for amenity control
