Popular 4* boutique hotel in the winelands seeks to attract the leadership talents of an experienced Front Office Manager to direct all aspects of the Front Office department.

Reporting to the General Manager, selection criteria include:

At least 2 years’ Hotel Front Office operational
leadership experience in a top establishmentOPERA PMS experience preferredGrade 12 or equivalentSolid administration skills including staff
rostering, training, etc.Ability to perform well under pressure and meet
deadlinesAbility to multi task and prioritise workloads Able to work Duty Management shiftsStable employment track record i.e. minimum 12
