Primary purpose
Assigning or resolving help desk calls. To provide first line IT desktop support via the efficient and effective use of the support desk software in order to provide an excellent level of customer service to the business
Customer centricity
Report back to clients and contract staff on job progress and completion
Relationship management across business units and key stakeholders
Resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
Assist with onboarding of new users
Helpdesk Administration and Monitoring
To perform administrative duties on Bidvest Bank’s systems
Branch support by telephonically assisting on EVO and other Bank applications as well as 1st line technical assistance.
Responsible for static data changes inter alia creation of users and maintaining static data on Bank systems on a continuous basis.
Assist with after hour calls and escalations.
Assist with system administration on all Bank applications.
Running of Financial Trial Balances and Operating statements for the branch network.
Support Bidvest Bank clients on the Online Banking systems with technical and application queries
Administration
Assignment of Cherwell Calls
Monitoring of Cherwell Calls
Assist Walk In’s
Maintain and update as appropriate all paperwork subject to contract audit
General administration duties as and when required

Experience:
Help-desk or related: 2 years (Preferred)
