Western Cape EMS on high alert amid heavy rains

Western Cape emergency services are on high alert as heavy rain persists in the province.
According to NGO Gift of the Givers, the rains have caused flash floods in some areas, including De Doorns, Worcester, Paarl, Ceres and Gouda.
The City of Cape Town also says there’s been some minor flooding.
So far, no damage to property or injuries have been reported.
