Ladysmith residents panic after heavy rain

Heavy downpours in parts of KwaZulu-Natal sent some residents in a panic over possible flooding again.

Water levels at the Klip River in Ladysmith are rising after Tuesday’s showers.

Some businesses had to close up shop as a precautionary measure.

In January, the Klip River burst its banks and flooded the CBD.
