Main Responsibilities

To maintain all public areas, bedrooms and back of house on the property.

To carry out planned preventative and corrective maintenance on the property
·
To carry out all handyman related duties as determined by management.
·
To ensure that all work related requests are safely, promptly and efficiently carried out.
Other Areas of Responsibility
·
Providing assistance in other fields within the general scope of maintenance & repairs, wherever required
·
Please note that shift work is a non-negotiable requirement
Candidate Requirements
Requirements and Qualifications
·
Suited to a person who is standards orientated, is tidy, methodical & well organized
·
Excellent Communication Skills
·
Excellent interpersonal skills
·
Code 08 drivers license an advantage
·
Minimum Std.10 (Grade 12) or equivalent technical experience
·
Must have basic knowledge in the field working as a Handyman.
