SA lockdown: Gyms want to increase capacity

Gyms are safe places and not super-spreader venues. That’s the opinion of Fit SA after local and international research has shown gyms have hardly had COVID-19 cases.
Since fitness centres reopened in August last year, they’ve only been allowed to operate at 50 per cent capacity.
The industry says government must urgently look at changing the regulations.

King Goodwill Zwelithini has been hospitalised and is in Intensive Care. The Zulu King, who is diabetic, was admitted after several unstable glucose readings raised concern.
