Ingredients
– 6 ears of corn
– 6 tablespoons butter, softened
– salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions / Instructions
Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
Step 2
Peel back corn husks and remove silk. Place 1 tablespoon of butter, salt and pepper on each piece of corn—close husks.
Step 3
Wrap each ear of corn tightly in aluminium foil.
Step 4
Cook on the preheated grill, occasionally turning, until tender, about 30 minutes.
