We are looking for a young designer who is a self-starter, keen to learn and work hard.
GENERAL FUNCTION
The Junior Graphic Designer position works closely with the Senior Brand manager to translate brand objectives into compelling deliverables across a broad range of platforms including printed materials, web design, advertising, in-store signage, social media, and other marketing materials. Must show the necessary creativity and skill in photography to be able to do styled shoots. and product photography
*MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Executes artwork for in-store visuals including banners, branding visuals, sale activations.
Able to set up, shoot and edit photos of products for colour correction.
Able to take product shots for the online store and social media.
Create styled shoots with products for marketing content.
Post marketing content.
Creates designs for the brand’s website.
Uploads images to the website.
Helps to establish seasonal visual style guidelines.
Presents design in a clear and concise manner.
Ensures graphics and art are aligned with broader brand identity aesthetic.
Designs logos needed for special projects, events, and initiatives.
Manages the design project files/archives.
Reacts to the ongoing needs of the company across all departments.
*BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
*
MAC proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch Up
Knowledge of photography, used when editing photos and doing styled shoots
Ability to prioritize multiple projects, tasks and deadlines
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Creative, strong work ethic and a team player
Must have excellent verbal and written and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills are essential
Must be reliable, organized and punctual
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with fashion is a massive plus.
Interest in fashion and trends is preferred.
